Q: I have a few white looking bumps on my thighs. They don’t hurt. They look like a pimple. I thought i

I was exposed to chlamydia in October 2006 by my cheating boyfriend. I had only had one sexual partner. I had recently had a baby and went back to the doctor and they never said anything about the STD. In 2007 I became pregnant again and had another baby. Throughout my pregnancy I kept complaining to the doctor about burning in my private area and itching, they told me I had a form of bacterial infection. They would give me medicine and I would take it and feel find but the symptons would eventually come back. I had premature labor and all types of complications. As time passed after the birth of my third child I went to a different doctor and they told me I had chlamydia. After I questioned the cheating boyfriend he said he had cheated only once in Oct 2006. He didn't have any signs or symptons of the STD but when the doctor tested him he was positive. Because I went so long without knowing I had the STD in the past could that have caused HPV and I never knew. I had a pap smear in March 2009 in the emergency room  and they said everything was fine but I didn't have any bumps then.

Two of the bumps appear smooth feeling and look about the color of my leg. The other two look like pimples sort of white and not as smooth. They don't look like they have anything in them. I have scheduled another pap smear but it will be mid June.

My sister has, if I understand you correctly, the same thing keratosis pilaris. she has it on her arms and legs. they are like tiny white heads, but when they are poped, pus doesn't come out but like a tiny pearl-like bead. This is a benign genetic skin condition. your hair follicles get plugged up. Your best bet is to keep you skin moisterized.

I would probably attribute the burning to a UTI. I'm not sure abouth that. sorry. but i'm fairly certain about the skin.
