Q: I am pregnant with second child, at all visits with pap smears my results have been normal, I have noticed small fleshy growths forming on my left labia majora and some of anal area..what could it be?

there are no additional symptoms, no itching, no discharge. Is it from being pregnant, hormone, or could it be HPV or something more serious?

You are going to want to ask your gynecologist next time you are in for a check up, but the following information was taken from medicinenet.com and apparently indicate that they are common in pregnancy. Still, I would ask your doctor ot examine them. Good luck with your pregnancy!

"Hormone elevations, such as those seen during pregnancy, may cause an increase in the formation of skin tags, as skin tags are more frequent in pregnant women. Tags are essentially harmless and do not have to be treated unless they are bothersome. Skin tags that are bothersome may be easily removed during or after pregnancy, typically by a dermatologist."
