not every time I have an orgasm but maybe 10% of the time i have horrible cramps during and after orgasm. I have seen my GYN and had an ultrasound and everything we perfect. no sign of a growth and no sign of endometroisis. the cramps feel like what I would believe Labor feels like. I can feel my uterus contracting (or at least thats what if feels like) and its so painful it makes me cry and I have to curl up in a ball. I have a very high pain tolerence and this brings me to tears. Any ideas? my Gyno is baffeled since everything looks great and I am on Birth control and have been for 15 years.

If you were checked out then I too am baffled EXCEPT that this question has come up before and the only thing i could postulate is that somehow during orgasm you are releasing some internal chemical that is causing these "contractions." Trust me though - i doubt they are like true labor contractions - I've had 2 kids sans any anesthesia or epidural and though i survived easily - it was "serious pain."
You might try - right after orgasm doing some deep controlled yoga type breathing and see if a 'mind over matter approach" helps a bit.
