Unfortunately - you probably should get it checked out since the initial cramps associated with insertion should be gone for good as we say.  It's not being a nuisance and you may be able to aske the doctor's nurse by phone some additional questions before deciding whether you need to go in or not.  Check it out.

i have had mine for about two years almost three and have nothing but problems since i have gotten it and my doctors dont think there is a problem but i just dont feel right and feel like there isnt something right. i have pains-cramping and sharp, i even get pain during bowels in my abdoman, sometimes have pain during sex, and more often then before when im using the bathroom rather its a bowel or not it feels like somethings about to come out of there. i have a new doctor but they dont deal with the mirena, should i tell them the problems im having and see if they suggest getting it taken out because they do my yearly paps but not my mirena?
