It is quite normal to have some pain during the first few times that you are having sex. It could be that your hymen is a little bit thicker than usual. The usual hymen is just like a very thin, almost translucent structure that will rupture during the first intercouse, with minimal pain, because of few nerve innervations. On the other hand, thicker hymen may cause more pain because they are harder to rupture and have more nerves in them.    You mentioned that you had several intercourse before, but did it everyday? The pain that you experienced the first time was from the rupture of your hymen. On the succeeding days, it was from the tears in your hymen. So, try to have an intercourse again once. Then don't do it for about a week to give you hymen some time to heal. Then do it again. You may still have pain, but it will be less. Wait another week before the next intercourse. Do this for about 2 to 3 months, and you will notice decreasing amount of pain, until you eventually start to feel some pleasure.    You felt pain again when you had intercourse only after about a year most likely because the interval was too long and the tears in your hymen may have reattached to each other during the healing process. So like I said, just give about a week interval between your first few contacts, thereby giving your hymen tears just enough time to heal, but not too long that they reattach to each other. When your hymen could accommodate your husband's penis, the pain will be gone, and you will start enjoying your intercourse.   Lastly, have a very long foreplay. You, personally, have to be very wet before each intercouse, to lessen the pain.
