My girlfriend had her periods on 11 of the previous month.On this 11 we had unprotected sex and i withdrew as soon as i felt like ejaculation bt i am not too sure.Her periods get delayed usually for 2-3 days.what should we do take a pill or wait for her periods ?

I guess I don't need to tell you that any time you have unprotected sex, there is a risk for pregnancy. Is she on birth control pills and forgot that day...or what is going on with how you use protection? And by a "pill" are you talking about the Plan B pill?
Here is information about the Plan B pill from their official web site.
Probably your best bet is to have her call her gynecologist to see what options are available at this point. And in the future it might be good to have a consistent plan of birth control so you are not worrying each month about pregnancy.
