I found these tiny white soft pimple like things that are not attached to one another on either side of my vagina lips. They are almost like the tiny white bumps that are raised. They don't hurt but I was wondering what they were?

Probably if you have no idea about them and have not had them before, then you'll want to have a physician examine them. You have not used anything new, like bath soaps, perfumes, or detergents? No new materials? Thinking possible allergies.
