Q: Is fenugreek harmful for a 28 year old woman taking birthcontrol pills?

After having my 2 children, my breasts are like 2 deflated balloons.  I cannot afford surgery, and I am ready to try anything that will help.  I have read on multiple sites that fenugreek (a phytoestrogen) will give my breasts added volume and size.  I justed wanted to check and make sure that there are no long term side effects that will do me more harm, or that the fenugreek will interact with my birth control pills.  I have been excercising to strengthen my chest muscles, but this method only seems to burn up the much needed fat in that area.  Please help!  I know that my husband will love me no matter what, but I want to look and FEEL pretty when my clothes are off.  I want my husband to not just love me, but to always be attracted to me.

About the only thing you can do is read about the substance, which does not have FDA approval for anything, on a site like Drugs.com and if you are going to go ahead with it, you really need to at least get a trusted doctor's opinion and let them review it your other medications and health history before you do.According to what I read, it can be harmful.

Maybe someone else here has some idea. I'm not going to try and give my opinion of what is beautiful, it varies for each of us. I just wish you a lot of wisdom and the best in what you decide.
