Had 3 positive home tests, started bleeding a few days later and went to a dr who said I had a severe bladder infection and prescribed me an antibiotic but also confirmed a positive pregnancy test but said the line was lighter and took a little longer due to all of the blood in my urine. I happened to be out of state visiting my mom at this time so when I got home a week after seeing the dr I did two more home tests which both came out negative. What could be the reason? Would the antibiotic have an effect on my hormone levels?

This is an issue you need to discuss with your doctor since they had confirmed your original positive results. Tell them what has happened and even request another test by them, if you wish.

I would rely on the doctor, but would discuss these two subsequent negative tests with them.
