Q: Why cant he keep it up?

Me and my boyfriend have known eachother for a very long time but just recently got together. Now when we have sex, he cannot seem to keep it up. He assures me that its not my fault and that he has had this problem in the past but never this bad. Is there something wrong? What can i do to help him?

You don't mention his age, which can play a part in an erectile problems. I don't think there is anything you can do, or at least it doesn't sound like there is an underlying problem between you. If he doesn't know the reason, then he should start at an urologist, to make sure there is nothing physically wrong. This can often find the cause.

After that he may be directed to another doctor or specialty which may help with this. There is medication which can help him become fully erect but it is expensive right now.

Health Central has an Erectile Dysfunction site which can give him some reading material and advice.
