Q: anal sex and infections

If my girlfriend (who is healthy) wash her rectum with an enema, does the risk I get urinal infection after anal sex (without condom) with her decrease?

No, the risk of infection from harmful diseases carried by either of you is still present. You can't wash disease which may be sexually transmitted away.
