Q: When is it safe to start taking birth control pills again after taking plan b and having a missed period? Should i start back on my regular sunday start or wait for it to come(5 days late as is)?

I am 23yrs old and am in a commited relationship of 3 yrs. I have been on yazmen for years and take it religiously. On the last active pill, if i see my bf, we use condoms or foam as extra protection. This last active pill day i forgot to put in the foam. My period, that was due the day after, never came and i started being nervous. I took plan b (72 hrs after sex)in the week where my period was suppost to be. I have had light brown spots but no period. When do i start up my yazman agian? do i start on sunday as i normally would or do i wait for the period to come and then start? Emergency issue- sunday is in 2 days.
