Hello Judy
Have you had unprotected sex?
Please know that it is normal to have irregular menstrual cycles following labor, sometimes for several months or more. If you are breastfeeding, this can also cause an absence of menstruation.
If you have concerns please speak with your gynecologist or doctor.
According to the Baby Centre website it could be 3-8 months before you have a regular cycle.
Check with your doctor on this so you don't worry.
Thank you for your question.
