For those readers who don't know, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome PCOS is one of the most common causes of infertility.

Ayub, I'm wondering if you and your wife have been able to sit down and talk through all that you have been through with PCOS and your infertility treatments.  Infertility causes a lot of difficult emotions for both members of the couple, and for the woman, the treatments are both physically and emotionally draining.

I think your first step is for you both to understand what the other has been experiencing.  If you have empathy for one another you will feel more connected, and connected couples can make better decisions together.
