Q: Urine retention, breast soreness, back soreness 18 months post op total abdominal hysterectomy and taking enjuvia 6.25 mg. I am in my early 40's

Urine flow more in quantity and easier after getting up from a sleeping position. A patch in the lower left back is sore. Does that indicate complications in hysterectomy? Fluid retention and soreness of breasts are killing me. Always had extra large cup size compared to my small frame, now considering reduction surgery but will the retention and soreness ever go away?

Please know that I am not a doctor.

Your symptoms may be totally unrelated to your operation especially if it was 18 months ago.  What I would suggest is to keep a log of your symptoms and take this list to your doctor or gynecologist.  Each symptom may also be unrelated to each other.  The only way to figure out what is going on is to see your doctor who knows your medical history and who can examine you firsthand.

Hope you feel better and figure out the reason for your symptoms.
