There is a debate about "squirting" and if it really happens or is this simply a bit of urination.

I don't think anyone could tell you why your girlfriend is different in the way she achieves orgasm now. Could it simply be that she missed you and is more easily aroused?

If you have concerns it is best to be direct and ask if she has had sexual relations with other people.
