Please read this article, titled, Bumps on the Vagina, How to Know if it is Serious. It may give you some ideas, and help you decide whether to see a doctor and when.

It could be an allergic reaction to anything which you use that comes into contact with that area, including what you wear. Some women who shave that area also can have problems due to sensitive skin or ingrown hairs. There are a lot of things. See if that article helps you at all.

As for the blue discharge, that's one you'll need to discuss with your doctor.
