i have some problems regarding my vagina, its itchy inside and when i look it in the mirror, i see a redness and there is something part that like a extra portion that releases yeast...please help me what medicine should i take and im afraid now.

Vagisil cream or suppositories should work if it is a simpleyeast infection. If its resistant or something else - you may need to see a doctor.
