Sir, i had homo sex 2 years ago, after that i have tested for HIV (E-lisa) 3 times at 6 months,12 months,15 months resp. But last 1 year i have the symptoms of irritation & burning sensation over penis (urethra) sometimes and mostly after Masturabation &urination. After that i don't have any affair, now 3months before i have tested for HIV 1&2 Ag/Ab (Elisa), HBs Ag,HCV Ab (Elisa),VDRL all are negative.Still i have that symptoms then 20 days before i went to a vd specialist he examine me and told you have tested every thing you may not have any infection any way we will do for Gonorrhoeae ,then i gave blood sample ,now the result came ias 1:10 Border line (Normal is < 1:10) he said after 3 months you check again it may be false positive and i remind him that i have affair 2 years before then immediately he said then 100% you don't have infection but for confirmation we will do after 3 months again. My questions are,
1) is this 2 years is enough for infection?
2)then means why it came 1:10 titer?
3) is there any other test to do?
4) why irritation prevails for more than last 1 year?
please answer my question, so that i will be grateful to you ever.
