Q: negative p-test but I had sex again, still no period-a little spotting a week apart, alot of symptoms

I am 27, I have not been on birth conrol for 2 years. I have been with the same guy off and on for years. My last period was right after Christmas- Dec. 28th.09, and lasted until New Years. We had sex on New Years - we didn't use protection or withdrawal method.  Then again a few times on Jan. 23rd using the withdrawal method, which I know isn't 100% effective. I didn't get my period, but felt like I was getting it. Then on Feb. 4th I saw a little spotting just that day, then I got a preg. test and it was negative, but now a week later I am getting either preg. symptoms or period symptoms: very tender breast, cravings, skin breakouts, moody, my pants don't fit as well, along with a few new ones: peeing A LOT, headaches, and dizziness. Today I started to spot again, but now it is gone. I don't know what is going on.... please help! Should I just wait a few weeks and get another test? possible serum/blood? to be more accurate?

Thanks

You could take another home pregnancy test, the manufacturer's generally suggest that if symptoms continue after you've had a negative result.

Or you could try to see your gynecologist, or regular doctor, since something is causing these symptoms, if not pregnancy, and they can do a second test then or try to diagnose your symptoms for something else.
