I had a TURP done on my prostate. After recovery ,my penis is approx. 3 inches and a loss of girth of about an inch. What could have happened? Please help me understand thank you Craig.

The best person to answer this question would be your doctor who performed this procedure. I honestly could not give you an accurate answer for this.
