Q: Over the past 3 months my period has changed, and my stomach seems permanently bloated. Pregnant?

I have been on the pill for 3 years, and have always come on my period 2 days after finishing my last pill; that's a Sunday. The period always finished on the Wednesday and I started a new pack of pills on the Friday. I always use to bleed similar amounts. But a few months ago I missed a few pills and forgot to follow the 7 day rule and had unprotected sex. Since then I've come on a day or two later than normal and finished later. My flow is now abnormally light, well pretty non existant. This has occurred for the past 3-4 months. Recently I have noticed my lower abdomen is puffed out and my stomach is always bloated and slightly pointed underneath my belly button. Could I possibly be pregnant?

It is possible. Could you take a home pregnancy test and see what it says?

If it's positive, you are, but if it is negative then you need to see a physician to determine why the changes have taken place, if not due to being pregnant.
