thank you for the answer..and, yes, besides not being able to do certain workouts in public, it's not disruptive at all.. but, is there no medical documentation of such a thing?? i mean, besides other women like me, that say what happens or that it does?? i dont want the documentation for myself. i want it for the people that i happened to have told and they dont believe me. it's not incredibly important, bc i get to reap the benefit either way.. i just would get some satisfaction out of being vindicated. :) plus, now im curious what the biological explanation would be.
