omg my dad taught me the leg raising excersize in 8th grade and then i started to add sizzor kicks to it, then just like you i would start to do more and more cause of the workout then one dayy i got the sensation, now about every other day i do 3 sets of 15 cause it feels sooo goood! i never new it was an orgasm, but i love it.
