Hi Sharath

There really is no way for someone on the Internet to tell you what is causing this swelling.  Is there a way you can be seen by your doctor?

It could be anything...an ingrown hair...a cyst...there is no way to know unless you are seen.

Sorry I cannot be of more help.  Thank you for your question.

Due to a large number of things that could cause the "bump" as well as swollen veins, I would recommend seeing a doctor..  better off doing that asap because there are conditions that could be very serious (ie: testicular torsion) that may affect your ability to produce sperm in the future...
