Are you using any birth control at this point? Are you breastfeeding? Periods can be very erratic following pregnancy and especially if you are breastfeeding. It is definitely possible to get pregnant though, in the months after. My boys, for example, are fifteen months apart.
I would strongly suggest that you take a pregnancy test to see what is happening. Or better yet...see your doctor. If you are not planning on getting pregnant this soon, I think it is time to think about birth control options.
