my vagina smells fishy, but there isn't abnormal discharge itching,or burning. I was treated for chlamydia 3 months ago and cleared. what could be wrong?? can soap cause this smell?

It usually means a bacterial infection, all symptoms of bacterial vaginosis do not have to present, in fact this article says there may be no symptoms at all. You will have to see a doctor to be tested for this and treated if that's what it is.
