Ive been diagnosed with HPV. Now what?

Due to painful intercourse I went back to the gynecologist and I was told that I have a few strands of HPV however none of the "dangerous" ones... and the only thing she told me is that I had to wait it out and see. However when i went back she sold me .what i realized now is a douche.. saying that…
