You don't say whether you're a male or female.
But either way, you decide whether to reveal that information or not. You cannot tell physically if a male or female is a not a virgin unless they tell you that they're not. If that is even important.
As for a female, they can lose their hymen in a variety of ways; even be born without one.
So, this is up to you, the information you divulge. Let your free will be your guide.

Care to enlighten us how you would know? I've told that some women are born without a hymen. What other method is there?

Is there a reason why you would not want your fellow to know the answer to this question? Does it affect your relationship? Is he a virgin? Your relationship is what it is, good or bad, regardless of your past. And your past is yours to share or not, as you determine.
