Q: last month my girlfriend only bled for a tiny bit during her regular period month. IS this normal?

Periods can be spotty, irregular, late or absent altogether for a variety of reasons. Birth control pills, stress, exercise, medications, and more. If her normal period is more than a week late, she can take a home pregnancy test if she is concerned about that.
