Q: Orgasm intensity waning.

I am a 47 year old woman, starting to have hot flashes etc. My sex life with my husband is good, but for the last 6 months I have had a frustrating change in my orgasms. The build up to an orgasm is the same as usual, but just as I get there, it fizzles out. What used to rank as a 9 or 10 now ranks as a 3-5. It doesn't seem to be associated with anything my husband is doing differently, and different positions or strokes don't affect it either. How can I fix this???

Hi.  Some suggestions, which don't work the same for everyone, because each body is different.  Your lover could try oral sex until you climax the first time.  Or you could rub your clit while making love.  This may pass as you complete menopause too.  Good luck.
