hello I have small tiny little bumps on the inside of my vaginal lips they cause me no pain theyre not itchy they dont scab or puss ive checked on many sites for different symptoms and pictures of different diseases and nothing seems to match it. they dont seem to be spreading or going away on thier own. Im not sure if its normal of if its something serious. But Im getting worried. Does anyone know what it could be?
