Hi U,
Most people associate ejaculation with orgasm, when really they are separate experiences for men. I'm assuming that you are able to refrain from the "point of no return," (meaning ejaculation) hence experiencing the multiple orgasms.
You may be lucky, but it is also believed that men can teach themselves to have multiple orgasms. Supposedly our general belief that the male orgasm is a one time event coupled with the fact that many of us are so busy have been blamed for the fact that more men do not develop their capacity to have multiple orgasms.

I'm in that same catagory as "U". Mid 20s guy that has multiple orgasms which include ejaculation. Each orgasm takes longer than the last to achive but I don't lose the erection until the 3rd or 4th or I just stop for 3-5min.
Unfortunately, I rarely get to use my 'talent'. Almost all of my spare time I spend as a Biology egghead and in general academics but you'd never know it by looking at me.
You need Lasting Longer In The Bedroom By John Simms. This cd is awsome! It tailors to both men and women's sexual differences, how men can last for hours having sex and how men can have multple orgasms without ejaculating and other interesting stuff. You wont go wrong with this cd.
I hope this helps.
