I'm in that same catagory as "U". Mid 20s guy that has multiple orgasms which include ejaculation. Each orgasm takes longer than the last to achive but I don't lose the erection until the 3rd or 4th or I just stop for 3-5min. Unfortunately, I rarely get to use my 'talent'.
