Q: Strange discharge sometimes thick white in color but not as bad when i drink water sometimes sex is very uncomfortable or dry like and after small bumps appear..what might this be?

My best suggestion is that you see your doctor or gynecologist soon. There is now way for anyone to know what you have over the Internet. You have to be seen in person and get the appropriate testing done. This could be anything from an STD to some sort of infection. You don't want to let this go on.
