Perhaps the doctor caused an abrasion or a small tear while doing the exam and the increased activity opens the abrasion or tear and causes the burning?

I'm not a doctor and don't know how long it was between when you had the test and intercourse, but you could wait for a week or so to make sure everything healed. If it continues, or other symptoms appear, you need to see your doctor again. There are some conditions in which intercourse can be painful unrelated to the pap test.
