Q: while rubbing my penis against vagina my condom tore will my GF get pregnant?

Did you ejaculate? Was there penetration? There is always the issue of pre-ejaculate which can contain sperm but...in the scenario you describe it seems unlikely that she would get pregnant from this. If you are very worried she can always do a home pregnancy test if she missed her period. But I really don't think it is likely.
