It is probably your body reacting to the loss of the birth control durg and it may take some time, months possibly, before a return to your pre-birth control pill state. That doesn't mean that something else responsible couldn't have also developed. You will have to decide when and if medical help is needed to investigate the cause.   Merely Me, a writer and commun ity leader for this site wrote an excellent article about PCOS a few months ago.
