Endometriosis Hits Dancing With the Stars

The 2-time "Dancing with the Stars" champion, Julianne Hough, has been diagnosed with endometriosis, a common condition in which tissue from the uterus grows outside the uterus, causing painful cysts and possible infertility.  She is also going to have her appendix removed tomorrow - it may somehow be contributing to her stomach discomfort.  With modern surgical approaches available these days, the appendectomy will be but a small blip in her commitment to Dancing with the Stars.
