and on the rise since we got scared out of the sun in the early 90s.

To put things in perspective, Dr. Edward Giovannucci of Harvard U. estimates that the ratio of deaths from internal cancers (preventable by vitamin D) to skin cancers is 30 to 1.

Melanoma may actually be preventable by Vitamin D as well.

The evidence is convincing enough for everyone to get their Vita D status up to lifeguard level -- 100nmol/L.
