    Where exactly was Bob Marley melanoma? Wasn't it on the bottom of his foot?  Hardly a place the sunlight hit very often.

    A brain tumor is what killed Bob Marley. In 1980, during a soccer game in France. The legend had injured his toe. Not ever healing, his toe nail fell off. Despite Dr. Recomendations, Bob refused to have his toe amputated due to religous beliefs. The cancer evintually spread to his stomach then lung. Marley died on May 11, 1981 in Miami Florida, of a brain tumor due to to untreated cancer in his toe
