Mohs vs Aldara

I have had a lesion on my nose for a few years...first dermatologist did a biopsy and freezed my lesion...biopsy came out ok, but lesion stayed. Then I used efudex for 2 weeks... made my nose look horrible...still the lesion persisted. Dermatologist #2 had me do Levulan IPL & said if it was an AK this would "kill" it....lesion went through horrible look (like when I had done the efudex) but lesion on nose persists...
