I am a female, 56yrs.old and work outside selling cars. I was diagnosed with pre-skin cancer and given a sample of Aldara {starter pkg single use} and told to use, no prescription necessary. I was then visited by a estitition who suggested her treatment.(chemical peel) and and wait to use the aldara during the winter. I did 3 treatments $85.00 each. I still have the small scab on my nose. it comes and goes. I have a new scab on the other side of my nose.
I quit my work because of exposure outside and still have the starter pkg. Is this sufficient and is this the way to go. Do I simply dot it on the 2 scabs only. The car dealership has discontinued my insurance so I dont want to visit a doctor just yet if this Aldara will help.

Thanks for posting to our site and welcome to the community. Our best suggestion, so that you get an accurate treatment recommendation is that you speak with a physician. And though your insurance is not active at the moment, you migh be bale to contact the doctor's office that gave you the sample and speak via phone - maybe even the hruses line or physician's assistant could speak with you.
In the meantime, you could read about Aldera and other materials here on our site. Check out the links below.
