Hello, My fiance has been diagnosed with 5 Malignant Basal Cell Carcinomas and one Melanoma spot. He has been told to use Aldara, but I have read so many negative side affects that the pharm topical drug has. I have read many articles as well that says it is used for pre-cancerous cells. I am confused. What is this drug best recommended for? Would his areas benefit from this drug?
