    Great info Healthgal.  Sounds like a pretty easy way to increase your protection.  Can you reply back to us with the side effects?  Might be helpful for our readers.  Course checking with your physician before taking any kind of vitamin or supplment is important particularly if you are on medication for other helath issues.

    Currently there do not seem to be any downsides - in fact,prior to this study there had all ready been recommendations to use tioical vitamin C post sun exposure and to take a supplement with anti-oxidants.
