I can't see why any other type of surgery would be performed now on skin cancer, after reading this article and having previously read Gemma's interview with you. I really wonder what was common before this procedure came along. I would think there had to be an accepted amount of disfigurement, although Gemma mentioned having a type of surgery to the side of her nose before this method was used, which healed well, though I wonder how high the cure rate was. MOHS's is certainly impressive. It's curious to me whether this type of surgery is considered in mole removal. Or why not.
