I'm glad to see added pressure on an industry that is worse than the tobacco industry at denying accumulating proof of the harm it causes. I hope the day arrives soon when a tan is known as harmful as smoking has been proven.
The lawsuits are coming, but they will be precious little satisfaction for those who were harmed. What's curious is, that smoking continues, as may artificial tanning, but at least with warnings and facts on each machine, perhaps, and taxed as heavily.
