I recently had a biopsy for a 2mm spot on my "butt". It is an area that definately does not see the sun much, yet it came back abnormal. I am scheduled to have the spot removed soon. Is it normal practice to do this "surgery" in an office or is it preferable to have it done in a hospital/cancer center by a plastic surgeon?
