Hello, My fiance has been diagnosed with 5 Malignant Basal Cell Carcinomas and one Melanoma spot. He has been told to use Aldara, but I have read so many negative side affects that the pharm topical drug has. Mohs vs Aldara

I have had a lesion on my nose for a few years...first dermatologist did a biopsy and freezed my lesion...biopsy came out ok, but lesion stayed.
