Bcc on the tip of my nose

the doctor has suggested no biopsy and to try the aldara cream, all the reviews i have seen have been terrible, Any suggestions, has anybody got any better comments about the cream? 31 and have BCC on my nose , already had one op now going for MOHS

skin cancer on ridge of nose

I have just learned that have skin cancer on the part of my nose where the openings to your nose are. the left side. I am scheduled for mohs surgery april 11 and am scheduled with a plastic surgeon immediately after the mohs. I am scared. How serious is this?
